Brenda is a contemporary impressionist who paints with oils, sketches with graphite, and isn’t afraid to get bold with oil sticks. Her work invites viewers to pause and linger, drawn in by rich textures, unexpected color moments, and quiet sense that each painting has a story to tell.

Creativity runs deep in her past. As the daughter of an artist, Brenda grew up in a world where coloring outside the lines wasn’t just allowed-it was encouraged. That spirit of playful exploration shines through her work, where lost edges and surprising fragments of color bring life to each canvas.

Brenda feels lucky to be part of the vibrant, supportive art scenes in Atlanta and Marietta. She shares her studio with Hemingway, her gentle giant of a Newfoundland, who weighs in at 145 pounds and provides moral support (and a lot of drool) while she paints.
